There's a pedestrianised area between Russell Square and Gordon Square that I usually cycle across (know the place I mean? it's past SOAS and Birkbeck College).

I've always thought it was meant for cyclists as well as pedestrians but I got shouted at the other day! Anyone know what the rules are for cyclists there?
